1/23/09 Well, it looks like my interpretation was correct! When I came home from lunch today, Merry had moved the dog bed INTO the puppy box. "Momma, I need PILLOWS!" Of course then she couldn't use it because there was a pile 'o puppies on it and another pile underneath! 

Here we are at day 8, and the puppies are starting to walk already! Flash is getting quite good at it.
1/24/09 Puppies get their 3rd round of visitors today. ALL day!
1/25/09 I am in awe of Merry's mothering skills. She is so at ease with her 24/7 schedule, I don't know how she does it. Her internal clock goes off every 15 minutes! I never even hear the puppies fuss, because she is back in the box with them before they even miss her. She clearly loves her Mommy job, and is completely at ease and calm.
1/26/09 The puppies have discovered their own feet! And what's with all the yawning??? All they do is sleep, they cannot be tired. Think maybe they're clearing their ears? :))  Merry got to play ball outside today, she was so excited! Puppy prison has got it's down side. :) The pups weigh in at 1.5lbs! Except for Paris and Wonder who are 1.25lbs.
1/27/09 The box is in motion now! And Miss Paris was the first to growl at Eric when he tried to push through her.
1/28/09 Flash looked at me through one eye this evening! Yep, I think he is the only one so far. 
1/29/09 Not so! Bunnie, Tonka and Paris too. All showing my little slits of an eye or two.

I might have to rename her "Tubby"! She is HUGE!

My little over achiever?

The first to be interested in his own feet, the first to walk, and now the first eyeball showing!

"Eric"
I have always thought of him as Eric, but toyed with Tigger because he's gonna be bouncy!! Eric is the smallest of the boys right now.

"Paris"

OI is she a cutie! I think Wonder has over taken her in size. She is now the smallest of the bunch.
