4/19/07  Puppies get another toe nail trim and weigh in at 1.75lbs! Emmit always wants to drape himself over Bryce....and Bryce is not too happy about it! And when Bryce wiggles out, Emmit tries to borrow underneath. Bryce isn't too keen on that either.:) 
4/20/07  The boys ARE growing like weeds! They weigh in this morning at just under 2 lbs. Bryce can take several steps without his tummy touching, and Emmit is really trying. :) I think Emmit's stomach is bigger! Mommy Emma is doing great, although I can tell she has a bit of cabin fever. She will sleep for awhile on the bed at night, tending to the puppies as needed. I am glad...they are SO fat already!
4/21/07  Emmit took his first real steps today! Both boys weigh in at 2 pounds.
4/22/07  Emma has adjusted to her new box. She REALLY wanted to take care of Merry's puppies too, but I convinced her that was not going to happen! She doesn't like it when they fuss! The boys continue to be cuddly wuddlies. Probably because they are never hungry :)
4/23/07  Finally the boys' weight gain has lessened. They didn't gain any weight from yesterday.
4/24/07  Emmit is full of himself! His eyes are still shut, but he mouths the toys and pretends to look around. Both the boys SMELL everything. And they are already bored and lonely in the dark (with their eyes shut). I bet they open their eyes soon!
4/25/07  Emmit started to grab Bryce's ear...but when Bryce wouldn't wake up he went around back and chomped on his butt! To see pictures starting tomorrow, click "3" at the top of the page.

"Emmit"
 I think Emmit is outgrowing Bryce this week. And its not just his stomach!
