7/29 The pups are growing like weeds! And Trinket is the perfect Momma. She will lie outside the box for awhile, but she still won't join me on the bed. She sleeps with them all night! Wrigley and Jordan are the first to truly walk! They will all be up on all 4s in another day or so. :)
7/30 We are seeing the first moments of awareness beyond the location of the food source! Wrigley kissed his momma's face tonight...eyes still shut! I wonder if I'll see a little sparkle tomorrow. You can tell they are getting ready.
8/1  There is now alot of smacking going on! And licking of EVERYthing. They are using all the muscles around the eyes....any day now! They are ALL up and walking around! And they are on a mission. Most of these puppies will be 2lbs by the time they are 2 weeks old!
8/2 Very exciting...the puppies chose me this morning! <G> Even though no sparkley eyes yet....they were so interested in me they left their mom to come see me. They studied my arms and hands and I swear Brach LOOKS like he sees.....but he doesn't. Maybe by lunch time!

    This week has been amazing!!! This feels like week THREE. I have to keep checking the calendar. EYES open, walking around, climbing on my lap. These are classis RD overachievers!!

Brach and Linden seem very similar still. Very calm, happy in your arms, but still kinda busy. ;)

Even though his eyes are still closed, he is determined to be on my lap if at all possible. Like father like son! ;)

Linden too, with both eyes open, will search for me and work to find a way up either into my lap or into my arms. Linden is the second to open his eyes. Day 14.

Candie settled in my arms for the first time. I think she is going to be very food motivated! You can tell their focus is shifting a bit. Maybe there is more to life than the free flowing faucets!

Wrigley coos in his sleep... and trills! It is very very cute. He has calmed down a bit, also shifting focus to add room for kissing his mom and me.
